I don’t think it’s sped up, if you bounce your feet to the beat like they are, it helps you keep up with the pace + just be aggressive with your movement and you should be able to do it.

Thanks for your response! Yeah, when I looked at the routine some more I was like nope - they're actually that amazing and fast. I looked at the video you sent me. Stunning performance!! But I didn't see that specific routine in the video - I guess they're meant to be separate?
I'm gonna try to bounce my feet like they are --- let's hope I get this!!
