Hey everyone, first off we would like to thank everyone for their continuous love to Nachdi Jawani, and our recent performance at Circle city Bhangra 2018. Earlier this year, we also had the honour of competing at Bhangra Fever 8 2018 in New York. Nachdi Jawani Waris claimed their throne after placing 1st overall! Check out our performance. Please share, comment and send us your feedback. Cheers, til' next time!

The amount of talent at the NJ academy is just nasty and hopefully these teams continue performing and getting better because the sky is the limit for these guys given how young they are. Couple of thoughts:

- Lot of points in the set where people are going a little too extra on a move or doing it differently from the team. I love seeing great individual dancers actually doing bhangra instead of dancing like robots as a team for the sake of synchronization but there were points where you guys need to find a better balance. Just gotta not get bored with cleaning moves and you guys will get it corrected for sure.
- Set as usual with NJ was super fast and to be able to hit a set at that speed is impressive. However I feel Sassi was a solid change of pace in the set where you guys could show more grace but the dancers were still trying to murder the moves instead of being more graceful. Also thought you guys cud have made the jandu singha in sassi more impactful. Drop in the music and the choreo building up to it was fire but everyone that wasn't moving into the front on the move were chilling it. If everyone has the modhey and picking their legs up on each tap instead of walking it will look so much better.
- Jhummar was nasty, light blue guy and the pink in the front killed it. Favourite part of the set by far.
- Hope to see more out of these guys soon and live too. That legacy of bhangra performance was so fun to watch, and I hope you guys stick to both music and live and not just one.

This set was awesome and it's great to see how the set progressed through a few comps and got even better with time.
Congrats to the NJ academy who's putting out some serious sets these days
