Hello everyone,


We're proud to announce that we are making a new Bhangra team in the Bay Area. We're looking for dedicated/committed Bhangra dancers with past experience in Bhangra. However, we're also willing to teach those who are really interested in joining the team. We're aiming for 10 man set and if we happen to have more folks, we'll go for 12. About us:


Harman Badwal, has danced for Cal Bhangra for about a yr.; Harkamaljit Singh(yankee), danced for Cal Bhangra for a yr. N' then danced for Fateh Bhangra Crew for a yr. also; Nav Dheri, has danced for empire; We have also have few other dancers, who have danced for teams in India and here in Cali, also we're still talking to 2 3 other guys, who are really interested and has experience in Bhangra. Overall, we have about 8 to 10 guys, maybe more.

Practices will be held in: Fremont or Union City or Hayward


What kind of a team is this going to be: Music {Semi-Modern/Semi-Traditional} / all-guys team

p.s. I'm just trying to help out a friend with getting this team together. I did get back at him about the name similarity with SGPD but he was like, he likes the NGPD name and other folks that he asked, seems to like it too. lol however, i'll make sure with him before he finalize it!

If you need help with anything lemme know, best of luck! I vote ngpd as any team with words shokeen and gabroo from California is liable to get confused with gabroo. Identity is important to standout for new teams

Will do yaar! N' ya, NGPD is prett legit, so as NSG. I guess, we'll decide as a team, once we have everyone together. It's a bit hard picking a name for a new team bro, every sick name is already taken. lol We'll go with something that CALI doesn't really have.   N' we' don't really wanna copy any teams name, which will end up causing us Chaos. anyways, thanks once again bro!

N' lakk 28 in VS? hahahahaha kyun lokan deh ser parrvaune aa tu! most of the folks r already krazy abt her! i guess folks can only dream abt her in VS for now cos i doubt its ever gonna happen. lol
