Yes. While I have never bought saaps from him, I know and I have heard from other teams that Lali goes out of his way to make sure everyone is more than happy.
Also, Bhangra Avenue isn't run by some shady Punjabi dude in the Bay Area or some small business in Punjab trying to make a quick buck off of innocent teams in the US. Bhangra Avenue is run by Lali of Sher Foundation, who has been in the same shoes as most of us when it comes to getting props and vardiyan made.
On the other hand, I would definitely NOT recommend Punjabemall.com. Stay away from them!
