How do you use a Saap/Chikey?
« on: October 24, 2011, 11:14:33 PM »
I sort of get the idea of how to use a saap/chika, but I want to make sure that I'm getting the right idea from this. I can't really describe how I do it, but I know it's supposed to be a fast "up-down, come together" motion.

I learn't how to do it "somewhat" by watching videos and trying it a bit myself, but now I'm trying to teach other how to use them. (Those whom never used a chikey/saap before and on the side note, neither have I until now.)

Can anyone give me some tips into "playing" them, possibly some ways to "easily" use them, and some steps/moves I could use them with?
Yeah... I bhangra. :D

Well learning a sapp is best through practice. There's a trillion different moves and there all different for beginners I learned that for every step to click the sapp together once i would recommend that you play around with the saap with out the actual leg movement first and gradually start incorporating your feet into it
