How to convert an mp3 to facebook or download a different type of windows movie

is there a different way of convering music from mp3 to facebook .. i used to use cloud app but it doesnt work anymore for some reason... and if theres any different way of downloading windows media movie maker because my computer doesnt meet all the requirements for it :) thanks

 so you're trying to share a song on facebook.... if soundcloud doesn't work, try hulkshare. :)
