Bro, all you have to do is shape the turla before you tuck it into the pagg. I just made a quick drawing to give you a better visual. The center is where you're holding the turla. The shaded green part is the extra material you leave at the bottom (When you shape the turla, you'll see what I mean). After you tuck the turla into the pagg, you only want to tuck in the turla material highlighted in the green. This will give you a circular and even shape.
