number of turle = X. X cups of water, + X table spoons of rice flour. Put water first then flour into water in a pot. Throw it on a stove and turn onto high. continue to stir, NEVER STOP! you don't want it to clump up on the bottom or on the sides of the pot. You'll notice the clumps as u stir when the water becomes very white. When the 'liquid' becomes fairly thick(you know what it looks like)(SOB quote), turn off heat and let it cool for about 10 mins until its warm and you can handle with your hands. thats how we make mava. it works very well. it takes a bit of trial and error but once you get it, it works wonders. if you got more questions msg me

it also depends on the type of pagg ur using. for paggs that have shiny lining or sitaray, i found that sta-flo doesnt work as well...or at least that u have to REALLY saturate it nd let it dry a couple times over b4 it good enough for a sturdy farla. but for most other pagg materials (voil, rubia, etc), its pretty fool-proof
sta flo is sick, mera punjab used it and i tied their paggan at nation it wus legittt.. so yee sta flo:) if only canada had it (N)
