starch the paghs first and figure out how to get that down tight. once you do it look into options for making them look glittered. you could spray them with a spray glitter, you could mix glitter in with your next batch of starch, or you could get glitter glue and gently rub it on the turla side of your pagh. but the most important thing is to make sure you are able to properly starch your turlay.
after we dipped turla's in the starch, we put liquid glitter on the turla and spread it out. let it dry with the starch
