Hi everyone,

Sin City Bhangra is a brand new competition being held in LAS VEGAS on February 25, 2012! Bhangra competitions have become a time for friends to party all weekend, so what better setting than Sin City! We're working very hard to make sure this is a great experience for teams, fans, groupies, etc. Although this is our first year, we have many experienced organizers and dancers helping out and providing support.

Some items already planned:

Two complimentary hotel rooms at team hotel (with third room discounted)
Mixer and afterparty will be a mansion/club party (18+)
Alcohol provided to all teams for post-partying after competition (AND awesome non-alcoholic drinks available by request. We support everyone!)
Guest list for any club can be handled by committee
Limo transportation to and from airport (for arriving groups of 5+)
Heavily discounted deals for tickets/rooms for groupies

The competition date is pretty soon, but in order to provide the best experience we could, we had to go with this date. As such, registration is due by 5pm PST on Friday December 16. This is a hard deadline as we need to give teams a chance to plan.

I'm one of the people helping out with the comp actually (though I'll be at vpd competing that weekend

)

One of the main organizers, Mannat, just danced on both BMW and APD and runs a lot of parties here in LA. He's absolutely killing it with ideas for how to treat teams well and make the comp accessible for all the groupies/friends so everyone has a good experience. It's honestly going to be an insane time and I'm pretty devastated I can't make it. Besides if all else fails, it's STILL a vegas trip so you know you're gonna have a good time

Couldn't y'all push this to april. Plus pool parties start runnin near the end of the month. I got so much shit goin on in Feb. Sounds like fun though. And for those making a first time trip. XS!!!!!!

I still think the date is hurting you guys. VPD is the same day with a solid East coast lineup and then Elite (most hyped competition of the year) is the following weekend. Also, it's f*cking freezing in LV in Jan-Feb.
