Not bad at all! It's very clean and stylistic. A few things to note:
1. First of all, when typing the contact form - The name, subject, email form have an Arial-esque font but the comments form have a Courier-esque font. It's a discrepancy that can be easily fixed.
2. In this style, less is more, which has been done very tactfully in the layout. However, you gotta make everything really balanced. In the side-panel, in terms of fonts:
Performances (TITLE) - Times Roman (Serif Font)
Performance 1 (ITEM) - Arial (Sans Serif Font)
Performance 2 (ITEM) - Arial (Sans Serif Font)
Performance 3 (ITEM) - Arial (Sans Serif Font)
Contact Us (TITLE) - Times Roman (Serif Font)
Form 1 (ITEM) - Times Roman (Serif Font)
Form 2 (ITEM) - Times Roman (Serif Font)
Form 3 (ITEM) - Times Roman (Serif Font)
That's another discrepancy that can easily be fit. Most of the time, TITLES take a Serif Font and anything underneath takes a Sans-Serif Font. If you simply change the forms fonts to Arial a Sans Serif Font, you get a better sense of balance, which makes this style stand out so much more. Plus, there should be multiple lines in the comments box!
3. Finally, a quick coding discrepancy you could fix. If you click the side and start writing the form. And then you click the Sher Foundation logo and the side bar disappears. When you get the side bar again, the entire form is empty. You should maintain the form data even if the side bar is closed. With this format, you can very easily lose the sidebar so you want to make sure that if someone wrote a very long love letter to Sher Foundation, it still stays there.

Can't wait to see it when it's done.
