yeah man this year should be a bigger/better afterparty as well, you already know the BF committee is gonna strike the same/if not a better deal w/ the venue for the afterparty
My PERSONAL opinion (this may/may not be the same opinion as other Bhangra Fever Committee Members or Binghamton Bhangra Dancers) is that since the BF committee consists of Binghamton Bhangra Dancers....I know that although the afterparty isn't what MAKES the competition....it definitely could be what BREAKS it....as a competitive team we know how much hard work we put in for months for a competition, and how some teams even go dry and a non-alcohol period before competition. Once the show is over, and everyone put their best effort in, we know how badly they want to let loose...

Bhangra Fever Afterparty...Notorious for one of VERY few Bhangra Afterparty's with the Cheapest Drinks known to the bhangra world lol...

hahaha, lol Ankush bro, thanks, hopefully this year I get assigned team liason although last year I wasn't Officially Team Liason, I know Parth, Prerna and the rest of the BF committee worked hard as hell and Im definitely glad that what ever teams I was able to help out here and there with appreciated my effort/time again it just goes back to being a dancer ourselves, we have a decent idea of what teams likes/dislikes about competitions are....
Got mad love for all the teams that came through and definitely hoping to see them apply again this year

For the record, up until a couple of weeks before the competition last year our competition was considered international as one of the teams who was on the lineup was a Canadian team....
Binghamton is in upstate NY close enough for canadian teams, tri-state teams, and even teams as far as Boston, Down south like Virginia, and Mid-west like Ohio to apply....as was the case last year.
also...if your from NY, you definitely have heard of Binghamton University
and lasssstlyyyy i def think Prerna's response to the questions about judging as well
Obviously us being a bhangra team ourselves, we know how important it is to have quality unbiased judges who can assess almost any type of team...we also know how important it is to allow teams to meet with the judges after the competition....at the end of the day constructive criticism only leads to better bhangra teams, better competitions, and better shows...
