We had 37 teams that applied. Thank you to all of them. This is alot of teams for 1 show. It definetly will be exciting. Cant wait for it. For the teams that are on the waiting list we will keep your info on file and will offer you guys spots at our next competition once scheduled. Thank you to all teams once again. If any team does drop out we will contact teams from the waiting list.

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately we have had a big problem. The hall that was supposed to be the venue for our show had an accident. And due to this accident it will not be ready in time for our show. This has put us in a horrible state. We have worked very hard this weekend to find a venue for that date and have been unsuccessful. And because we are so close I don't want to take anymore of your time to try to find a spot for that date. As chances are slim. So I have taken the decision to post pone the date tentatively for November 14th or 21st 2009. I am really sorry for this. I know this will cause alot of your teams problems. And many of you may not be able to perform on that date. As I know November is packed with shows. I need to know immediately which teams can perform and which cant. We will definitely refund any team that cannot be apart of the show. We apologize for this inconvenience again.
