Ay everyone, I dont kno if this has been posted before, but i was jus wonderin. Wat is ur favorite bhangra performance of all time and why?

Mine personally is SGPD at Bhangra Idols 2009, the energy is crazy, the choreo is great, and all the dancers looked like they had a great time performing!

APD at BBC 2009....

BE at Bruin is also great...

and in all honesty, i really loved NYU Pandemonium at UNC AKD 06 and Phillyfest 08, or perhaps it was 09

Definately Khalsa Junction 2006 at Bruin Bhangra when they did the 3 level tower, awesome performance!

if a routine that is barely two months old is your all-time favorite performance, then watch more videos. It's great no doubt, but it may not even be the best of the season since SGPD always brings fun tweaks to the Spring routines.

that comment was out of line in my opinion... the op obviously feels strongly about sgpd @ idols and it is his personal opinion to like or dislike that video... you however, have no right to tell him that he needs to watch more videos to re-evaluate his opinion and feelings regarding that performance...

Swi was just expressing his feelings. It just seems that a lot of people tend to go with the hottest set at the time(VCU at Burgh/Boston comes to mind when this was asked 2 months after). Its not a question of like or dislike...but of all time? SGPD at Idols was sick, no lie, but the majority of people here like to give multiple performances or pick one older due to the mass amounts of videos and sets theyve watched.

nothing wrong with expressing opinions my friend, after all that is what we're all here for... however, where i was offended was the point where swi was almost bashing/bullying (for lack of better word) the op's opinion that sgpd's performance was his/her favorite of all time... i can even argue your statement where you write; and i quote "Its not a question of like or dislike...but of all time?" ... again, we should respect the opinion of the op in stating that sgpd at idols was their favorite performance of all time... will their opinion change over time? yes, by all means it may... however, that does not warrant one to comment a person go study more videos...

I get you. I think he was just referring to the fact that it is a tendency for people to change their opinions rapidly over the course of the year(as he goes on to say). My statement was just a reference to that being said. No harm done, no drama.
