I'm pretty sure there are some high-school teams out there that are willing to apply...

I also feel like if this event is planned enough in advance and if there is a lot of time between applications being sent and when they are due, you might eventually have new female bhangra teams forming specifically for this competition...

Funding wise, think of the numerous organizations dedicated to women empowerment that will support this event? money in the batuaaaaaaa!
