Very Valid Discussion. Being in college and rotating dancers on the team every semester can get intense at times because it doesn't give the opportunity to captivate on all the dancers as a whole.
How do other collegiate teams plan out there season? How often do you guys get together if you aren't competing at a near competition. i defi. like faizans idea of meeting up once a week. But again, these practices are only productive if the entire time is utilized.
