The stars of tomorrow will light up the stage on November 28, 2009 as VIBC Society Presents the 2009 NEXT Bhangra Competition.
This year’s competition will feature talented teams from both high-school teams and club divisions. We are proud to announce the teams to participate in this year’s competition:
1. Apna Virsa Academy (AVA)
2. BC Cultural Academy (BCCA)
3. Duniya Dance Academy Juniors.
4. Nachdiya Punjabi Naara (NPN)
5. Punjabi Cultural Arts Center (PCAC)
6. Punjabi Cultural Bhangra Club of Abbotsford (PCBCA)
7. Shan –E – Punjab Girls
8. Vancouver Bhangra
Make sure you’re there to cheer on these teams on November 28, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bell Centre for Performing Arts in Surrey, B.C.
Tickets are $25 for Lower Bowl and $15 for Balcony.
