Hello Teams,


Warrior Bhangra 2012 team registration is finally open to teams. We have attached the team registration packet along with the team judging rubrics for both Live & Music categories. We encourage that teams submit all materials required in the registration process before sending us anything!!

And, we would like to remind everyone that Warrior Bhangra Competition will be held on March 31st, 2012 at the Warren Atherton Theater in the San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA.

This past year we divided our competition into two categories; Live & Music. This year we will be hosting our show in two categories again.


Registration Due Dates & Registration Fees:


Early Registration: January 2, 2012 - $175.00
Regular Registration: January 12, 2012 - $225.00
Late Registration: January 30, 2012 - $275.00
Exhibition Registration: January 30, 2012 $100.00
Teams Announced: February 4, 2012

Warrior Bhangra 2012!! One of west coast best competitions, and best committee for sure Thank you for all the teams that have shown interest already!! Cannot wait for WB 2012!!

I agre with goldie!!  I have been to all of cali's bhangra competitions but one bruin... with my experience warrior bhangra has been the best competition i have ever been too. I performed the first year warrior came to be and it was really fun, the committee took care of everyone unlike other comps the committees were ehhhhh haha. The next year i didnt perform but i djed the mixer and the after party and the committee did one heck of a job it was alot better then the first year!! Warrior committee is the BEST!!!!!!! Probably the best and funnest committee in california =]

i dont understand why competitions fail to mention the actual DATE of the competition in their posts/threads. its literally one of the most pertinent facts for a comp yet is always left out of posts. i know i can easily check the site or packet, but that's not the point. im not trying to call out warrior, it happens all the time, i can think of burgh and elite that always include the date not only consistently, but usually in a bold large font.

Thank you for pointing that out, and we definitely agree having the date posted makes it much easier for teams! We will update it and make sure in our future posts we include the date.

Steel City's taking care of him. Last year he made it to Bayside for some sunshine!

I performed at Warrior during its first year and I especially remember how crazy organized it was!!! The committee cares for each and every person there it's kinda funny cuz all the liasons keep asking if we need anything, like ALL DAY. and if we do need something, they'll run to get it and be back in a second hahaha I got lucky and had my cousin as our liason but I must say I never saw that girl so professional and organized in my whole life of knowing her OMG. warrior committee <3

Ahh Warrior! Definitely one of my favorite comps! Can't wait to see what teams are coming this year! Looking forward to another amazing competition put on by the committee!
