I'm afraid this is from the wrong album (Kalle Kalle Hoiye) which is from 1998. The one I'm looking for is from the album Charkha from 2001.

haha! I meant to write "owe" instead of "own." My rushed typing always gets the best of me.

If you need the entire album in 128Kbps format, let me know.. I can probably post it up sometime tomorrow. I don't have a 320Kbps rip of it.
