meistro, jhoomer is a type of dance, not a genre of music...someone can do jhoomer to reggaeton if they wanted to.

mariam, yaadan is a terrific song for jhummar. if you're not using it for ur routine, would you mind posting your version of yaadan? id love to hear it.

ah, well, im not trying to get super techincal but i seriously do think basic jhoomer moves are possible to sat sri akal. try it out urself, particularly the "picche picche yaar, di jo karda buria, ona doora sat sri akal changi eh" part. i do get what you mean, that this is probably not a song that you would do jhoomer to, traditionally as that it doesnt incorporate the same dhol taals that more popular jhoomer songs like hoopeh or ashke would use. but, i still stick to the belief that jhoomer is possible to many songs, as long as the song's tempo is slow enough for the dancer to match jhoomer moves to it.
