Please Help Me Name This Classic Album

I am new here, please all great bhangra lovers help me.

If you click on the link below and play track 9, this classic Kuldip Manak song is taken from a different album, i cant remember the name of it.  I think it was released around 1999, and it had 6 tracks on it.  I think it was mixed by PMC.

Could some please help me find it because its my all time favourite album.

It's in his album 'Heer Ranjha Te Mirza Sahiban'.
