I heard this in the january 2010 bol punjab de mix. Its definitely a bhangra boli that teams use in india. Anybody have the whole song? I attached the clip of it. Thanks in advance!

ok im trying to learn more about this so...imma ask a question: a jhoomar sections/song its just a song with a slower tempo and hard beats rite? suitable for slow but strong moves like jhoomar?

its seems that to me. and its convenient to catch ur breath in the middle of a rutine :P

Jhummar is not a "song" per say. its a dance. We do normally identify songs that we can do jhummar to as "jhummar songs". Jhummar is alot slower paces than bhangra, but by no means should it be taken as an 'easy' dance. There is still nakhra and other subtle movements required to execute jhummar properly. Check out shokeen at DDa 2009

thanx miestro... i didnt just say jhoomar is a song...i said section too, so i knew what i was its just im wondering why they called it jhoomar song in this case, when it just seems to me that its a slow but strong beat kinda music...cos im not very familiar with musical terms and even move names and all. nakhra no idea what dat it lol... but hey thank you
