Song Request - From India

I received an email from a GTV/Bhangra fan in India. He was watching Nachde Sher Jawan's performance at Bulldog Bhangra 2008 and asked what the mirza song was. It's at 8:52 in the video.

I have no clue what song it is. If anyone else can offer some insight, I would greatly appreciate it.
