Hey, i was just wondering if any of you guys could lend me your fitness regime, got a bhangra comp coming up here (australia) in april and i wanna be on my A game! please let me know :)! thanks!

For stamina try doing intervals. Sprint for 45 seconds, walk for 45. Do this for 15-20 mins.

When you work out, play your mix in your iphone/mp3 player through your headphones; it always helped me stay pumped.
