Well now that the Cavs and the Nuggets have been taken care of ;D Lets talk finals!!

I think this is gonna be a great series, and I wouldn't want it any short of 7 games.

LA is too big for the Magic. If LA can step up their perimeter defense, they will take it in no more than 6.

Lakers in 7. I can see Magic winning one of the first two in LA and Lakers winning one there then needing the two at home to close them out. Orlando has no one to guard Kobe, that is a huge problem.

this series is going to be interesting. Howard is going to be dominating the middle for the magic on both ends. The lakers' big men are going to run into trouble with him. They have been key in the lakers' success. As it was mentioned earlier, its going to be tough to guard Kobe. Then again, the Magic did shut down the Cavs despite Lebron's amazing efforts, but he didn't have the greatest supporting cast. Kobe does. Im gonna go with the Magic on this one. In 7 games. Lakers definitely have more experience, but the Magic have held their own.

Key to this series is going to be who exploits mismatches better I think. And fouls. Put Howard in foul trouble early and he is a totally different player on the defensive end. Larger forwards with quick feet put him in foul trouble a lot. Odom and Pau need to take it to him in that case.

magic in 7. wats going to be key is Howard's play. They can't run the pick and roll to hit the open threes the same way because gasol CAN move his feet, unlike ilgauskas. Still, as the magic have proved, they CAN make threes with hands in their faces. The problem is they don't know when to stop, and only rashard lewis and turkoglu make legitimate drives at the basket. If howard plays like game 6 though, putting over 30 pts in and saving fouls for the 4th quarter, the magic will be golden.

i believe the x-factors in this series are Hedo and Odom, whoever of the two plays better, i see that team winning. We know what Kobe a Howard bring to the table, its the rest of the guys that need to show up.

Big Time players: obviously Kobe and Dwight, they gon' do their thing

X-Factors: Lamar and Hedo

Then there are two other guys i see either making or breaking their respective teams

Pau-As a 4, its gon' be hard for him to cover the perimeter, i.e. hedo/lewis. At the 5, we know Dwight is much stronger then him, so we need to see how ready he is for that challenge.

Jameer-If he comes back, and his shoulder isnt bothering, then damn, the lakers have something to figure out. If not, and this is definitly more likely, he is going to ruin the team chemistry. (Best example '02 WCF Lakers/Kings, Peja was hurt and sitting out, Hedo came into the rotation and stepped up big for the team, Well, here comes peja, and airball after airball, he totally killed their rhythm.)

Well the finals start tonite, lets watch the matchups and see what happens.
