That's just crazy. They did that to get pubilicity? to impress the judges? to prove a point? This was insanely hard, and do prop to them for the practice and hard work they put into it. But, really I thought this was unnessary, Sikhs fights in a warzone, not in a studio like that.

even though this threads going to get flamed with a lot of negative comments, the fact that these guys do their normal responsibilities as a sikh amritari like seva/paath AND still put in the work to take care of their health, workout get physyically fit and withstand crazy shit like that gets my respect.
