Punjabi Indian Man Goes Off On TTC Bus Driver In Canada! - Why You No Care!?

Hes just trying to do his daily things on time, these TTC bus drivers are rude iggnorant assholes.

sad to see that he's an apna, but regardless of of his ethnicity i fully agree with the actions taken by the driver. we don't know what exactly led to the argument, but delays in public transit happen and the sardar needs to realize this isn't his household where he may get his way by raising his voice. yelling at the top of your lungs is no way to handle anything especially when you are dealing with a bunch of other peoples lives on the bus. the driver has to follow protocol and may have even taken the yelling as some sort of threat, so bravo on him for standing his ground. im sure he deals with assholes like this everyday in public transit, it's just all of a sudden a "funny" big deal because it happened to be an older apna with an accent that would be great for a viral video.

regardless of however the sardar was yelling or whatever the case may be, the bus driver was still out of line with cursing and yelling.  Yes, maybe the sardar was out of line by yelling, however being an employee the driver had a responsibility of keeping calm and acting in a professional manner.  yelling back at the passenger only makes him even with the passenger. 

Customer service 101 - when a customer is angry, let them vent, and then talk calmly after the customer is done venting.  yelling back, cursing, and interrupting will only fuel the customer.

if you were to even say that the sardar was at fault in the beginning for yelling, the driver becomes just as much at fault when he yells back. 

horrible way of handling the situation.
