Depending on what you find your time being sucked into (facebook, internet, bhangra, etc)-- create specific times wholly dedicated to your work. That means either no bhangra listening, or turn off your wireless adapter so you cant get to fb or any other website (hmm maybe find a workaround for BTF

), etc.
Your problem seems to be time management and not an issue of just NOT getting stuff done, but if it's the latter: create daily to-do lists that have REQUIRED and STRETCH goals. Make sure you get all the required tasks done every day, and at least one stretch goal.
