I am so proud of these girls.. Hanging out with them the last few months, I can definately say they are genuine in their love for Bhangra. It's nice to see them finally place, after all the hard work, the trials and tribulations of being an all girls live team.. Keep it up girls, You have my support!

I'm constantly amazed by you girls and how far you've come as dancers and as a team. Your entire story (no coach, how you decided to form an all girls live team and why, etc.) is so interesting and I want to know more! It's truly inspiring to all of us, and you're doing something so groundbreaking for women. Look out for an email from me soon :)

Actually one thing I am curious about right now...can you explain your reasoning behind wearing salwars over chaadres? I've noticed in general that salwars really accentuate high legs, but they also make it more obvious when your legs aren't as high or strong. For live teams it seems like chaadres are more suited since they contribute to grace over high energy?

I believe when we chose our last years and this year fits we actually didn't think much about wearing chaadres... we were used to the idea that salwar is more common to wear for us. But now we are thinking about chaadres as well because personally I have heard it feels better and looks better while wearing them during performances. But I have also heard both sides where chaadres is more for guys. There are alot of girls teams that wear chaadres now so I dont think it matters if a girl wears it or not. I wouldn't mind wearing chaadres... it would be something new for us!

And thank you for your support... We will be looking out for your e-mail!

WONDERFUL performance girls I'm glued to the screen while watching, and ahh man singer's voice I really like it :)

On chaadrey- DO IT.  Bhangra and chaadra go together like milk and cookies they were made for each other.  And "chaadrey is for guys" makes NO sense- b/c if ur thinking like that then bhangra is for guys. you're already doing everything else "like guys" anyway so you might as well go all the way

...Now I know someone is going to come after me and say well then you should wear paggan too. to that I say go for it - front turla would be sickk.  But most girls just don't feel pretty and comfortable in a pagg so that's a personal choice.  Salwar/chadar is a personal choice too I've always said girls should wear what they like - just don't choose one or the other based on what you "think you should" or what you think people want to see or expect to see... do what you wanna do without worrying about anyone else.  i feel like you guys already do that but now u keep it in mind when choosing your next set of vardiyan ;) ahaha

anyhow sorry to distract from your original thread.  CONGRATS AGAIN!

See you guys soon...or maybe sooner  ::) lol
