It's understandable why they do not release the fulls shows online in Canada / US considering the channel is a subscription channel and it would defeat the purpose and perhaps annoy many of the paying customers that others are getting the content for free.
However for people in the UK (like me) who cannot get this channel,it'd be good if they put the shows up on iTunes etc. I'd happily pay to download and watch these. I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode, it seems a very well made show.
