Saw atleast 3 PCBCA dancers, I see you Manjot :). With their level of discipline in standardizing their dance team PCBCA will be a pleasure to eatch live. One recommendation to any live team that I have is to speed up their sets and have the band go the same way. For me, a Sarangi is SUPER folk and I love it, but in this set the voice of the singer and Sarangi itself didn't really bring as much life to the set together as the singer could have had individually. This set was meant to be clean and simple, which in translation is a live set. But because it was clean and simple you guys should have showcased more energy consistently from beginning to end, speed up your dhol so you have a faster set, get the singer to have a bit more akadh (attitude) in his voice. Virse de Waris from many of their competitions and Nachdi Jawani especially from BAB are perfect examples of this, they too had some flaws where people forgot a thing or two here and there, but the standardizing of their legs and and arms for every move is why I feel like they're so good at what they do. This is just critique for the future, I feel like this team has a lot of potential as a live team. The biggest thing for any team and ESPECIALLY for a live team is to make ALL YOUR DANCERS LOOK THE SAME. Same style, which incorporates how high legs are going how wide arms are, how much bend arms have, how low dancers get etc. Good luck in all your future endeavors.
