I find it amazing how SGPD sets the bar soo high that sometimes they can't even seem to compete with what they have done, for me personally, i loved this set, right when it started off the singer dancing in the mela, than lollipop hit it, i must say watching a team live at the competition is wicked, but you miss out on how complex the set really is, looking at it a second and third time, i see how much they move around each other and i think that goes under the radar cause its one thing to do a 8-10 minute set, its another to be going all out and moving everywhere and anywhere, loved the set great job guys and my condolences to SGPD and TEB on recent news. once again great job

SGPD always keeping it fresh, was better watching it live.

Don't like the editing done by Miestro because it takes away from the performance in my opinion.  I like to watch a dance from one view the whole time, I don't like to have to readjust my mind set when the camera angle changes.

But the performance was sick, these are some of the most creative guys out there.

Doing a 8-10 minute set is extremely hard, and you could tell that their energy wasn't the same has other performances where they had a 7-8 min set.  Some parts of the dance were lacking, like jhummar.

Props segment was great along with Jungi, Tarun your a beast.

Overall great performance, hopefully see you guys soon.

Listen...SGPD ya'll are my dogs but I think the performance wasn't the best, and I definitely think some of the angles made you guys look sloppy! The creativity was off the charts, but I swear this reminded me of Nachdi Jawani. The flow, some of the moves and where you guys chose to put them in the set...alot like NJ.

I didn't like the Jhummar being hardcore, but that's the style so I respect it and it works.
Overall you guys were the best at that competition, but there are definitely some things you can improve on. B/c it wasn't as clean and it deviated from what is commonly known as "SGPD" (for me at least), I think Masti's performance was much better than this.

All postive points and negatives points are being taken into consideration for the next routine.

Keep them coming.

I'm getting mixed opinions on the jummar lol  ???

i absolutely LOVED their jhummar segment, it was a refreshing change of pace from the super high energy...bringing pure energy for the entire time can be a bit too much, and having a change of pace really adds to the dance i thought

i absolutely LOVED their jhummar segment
same here...i don't think it was lacking at all.  I enjoyed the whole set, but the one thing that stood out as mentioned before was one of the guys in the blue.  At some points he was just going crazy with energy while everyone else was on the same level.

i agree with sulmoney on this one. i thought the jhummar was was beautifully executed and was a great change of pace to the otherwise high paced high energy dance. plus the song used, goriye is sick. the fact that everyone has differing feelings about their jhummar kind of brings up another point. as far as judging goes, one judge may like what they did, another may not. thats the exact reason why there is always such discrepancy in placings at almost every competition. personal opinion will not always match up with judges. but then again, who's to say what the judges liked is better and should be given more points? its a moot point, and a debate that is difficult to solve.

back to the dance. after watching the upper level view a few more times i agree w/ some ppl in that this is definitely the most creative set sgpd has pulled out to date, possibly not the best executed, but formation and idea wise it was really up there. it wasn't up to par however overall compared to masti or avap mainly because i felt like all the dancers weren't uniform, ie the blue jodi guy that was going nuts at certain parts. i dont really think there are many similarities to nachdi, other than the fact that u were always moving, not the actual formations or choreo. at times though, i feel like your formations are too much and kind of odd - at 5:50 in the upper level view when the groups of 3 are moving but rest are standing, also at 3:00 same view shuffling with the groups of 3. maybe thats just me but i wasn't feeling it. i think sgpds strong points are rapid formation changes hitting them hard, then moving again.

yea so that was me nitpicking like crazy, but overall it was a very solid performance, with room for improvement. congrats on the win.
