I agree. I in fact think its better when teams compete at hometown shows. it gets a bigger crowd (its always fun to dance in front of a big audience), adds a lil more competition, and gives all visiting teams a group to talk to for resources/info.

no- the point of UBJ isnt to rate judges. the point is to give teams feedback forms to submit on their judging experience and have teams give judges ratings. UBJ offers feedback forms, compiles the data, and makes it available. UBJ doesnt do the ratings. edit: to me feedback from teams that...

To my understanding, this is the beauty of UBJ and competitions being UBJ certified. Teams have an opportunity to rate judges and have those ratings stored and displayed on a judge profile. Having a judging database gives competitions and teams a way to see a judges history. So for this comp-...
