Id say half of the 50 names you listed here aren't even qualified to judge but even they are miles ahead of the no names that end up judging sometimes. Organizers should be held accountable for not doing their research.
Where did this come from? been out of the circuit so long that BU has a nasty team? Loved it, and I hate 90% of sets these days. Form on point, shikke on point, jhummer on point, congrats, and keep it up!
Insane level of execution. Enjoyed the set design and flow. Happy that you guys won bruin, teams with gimmicks etc cant match the amount of thought that goes into creating such a folk set. Soormey, the NJ teams and you guys are all that keeps my team and I watching, keep it up boys!
Rest of the...
The double pull back before dropping into chaal during the khunda seg was fire. Have to give credit for doing an entertaining kato segment which is difficult enough as it is. Dhamaal, jugni were fun as well. Shikke and khunde won it for me as soon as I watched it, a lot of nice variations...
Shoulder shake during aaja nachle will stay with me forever, great performance, one of the best all around sets from you guys. IMO NJ had you beat, they had a few more moments but if I were judging the margin would be just by 2-3 points. Excellent job guys!
IMO you guys should have won, much better than DDR. Not surprised by the placings because of the judges that were selected. Congrats on a great performance!
Intro: Beautiful
Loved your variation on anda, I am a sucker for anda people should be putting ande all over their sets. I think its one way to differentiate a good team vs. an average team.
The little look down touch on the bhatke in khunde is fire, more nuance in that one move then 90% of the...
After watching the videos, I'd say there is little to separate you guys and NSG. I really liked your intro and loved the jhummer (been trying to use aaja nachle for the past 8 years, bally sagoo FTW). Combo at 6:22-630 is fire fire. I am fairly certain going first here didnt help your case and...
Disclaimer: I dislike around 95% of the sets/performances that have been coming out of the US circuit for the past few years.
I really appreciated your set design, the intricacies in the choreography (intro, jhummer, jugni) the pacing and flow was perfect. You guys are above and beyond almost...
