Thank you Bollywood, you've done something right again! A great feel-good movie that I definitely recommend! My dad dragged me to see the movie (since he is an IIT grad and the movie is loosely based on 5 point someone), but I'm glad he did!

What did y'all think about it? A bit too predictable at times, but I felt it was entertaining, emotional and enlightening.

I read 5 point some, the book is so entertaining. Didn't know it was based on the book, but i heard great things about the movie, definitely going to watch it soon!

The first half was really entertaining and Aamir Khan is just a gem on screen. But really, can sappy dialogues change parents' opinions on their children's chosen career paths? Do people carry an envelope that can free them from their banal existence in their backpacks? The film was just like Munnabhai MBBS. They had a chance to make a believable feel good film and went instead for a escapist, fantastical one.

Laddi that was so my favorite line in the movie..I've been randomly saying it around the house and I believe my mom will beat me if I say it to her one more time..lolz

Aamir Khan besides being a fantastic performer, looks way better than a lot of younger guys these days. Classically handsome. *SIGH*

Good first half, second half goes into wtf territory and is more typical Bollywood junk. And I hated the fact that Aamir Khan's character was like savior dude without realizing he had some messed up qualities.

Boman Irani stole a bunch of scenes though, loved him.
