A Reminder for members who don't know, BTF has started sending out immediate notices of official competition results as we get them (generally 0 to 2 minutes after 1st place is announced lol). It's a service called BTF Live, and basically a member at the competition texts us the results and a BTF mod 'tweets' it on twitter. This can send it to your IM, to your phone as a text, etc. It basically gives you accurate and immediate results w/ no hassle.
It's gone well now through Groundshaker, Bulldog, Fusion Royale, Burgh, and PCS and we are ready for Boston and upcoming competitions. We have about 35 people who get the update right now and it's easy to sign up. Check out the blog entry explaining it and the twitter page. Remember to sign up for the SMS so you get the text update.
