taking place in one of the United States most historical cities: Philadelphia, PA this coming Labor Day Weekend​

The competition will be held in the Center City and Old City districts of Philadelphia, so come join us for a weekend of site seeing, fun, and of course bhangra!​

There have been some questions regarding the age requirement on our application. We ask that all team members be 18+ so that they may take part in all the events we have planned for the weekend. However, if you have team members under 18 we can make an exception and they can perform, but they likely will be unable to get into the pre and after parties. So long as the teams understand this, the committee has no problem.

Attached you will find the preliminary MUSIC category rubric. Please note that this is not the final rubric, it will be adjusted after consulting with our final judges panel(s).


Additionally if enough live teams choose to apply we will be adding a live category to the competition and they will have a separate judging panel and rubric.


The DOB committee has chosen not to announce our judges panel(s) until after team registration is complete because we don't want to have to disqualify any team due to being affiliated with a judge and we wish to offer unbiased judgement to all teams.
