@Ashley94 started a great thread about rationalizing how much time you spend on bhangra.

In a similar note, I wanted to start a conversations about your biggest struggle in bhangra and how you overcame it.
For me, it was rupturing my Achilles tendon 2 weeks before NDC 2017. Our team had a lot of momentum going into the comp, and my injury derailed the momentum. The biggest struggles were that I felt like I let the team down and the FOMO from missing dancing at some of our best performances. I overcame it by realizing that there are a lot more ways to help your team win, even if I you are bound to crutches, and changing my role. Understanding and accepting my change in role, instead of resisting it, helped me stay positive through this struggle.
