A lot of people use compression wraps/compression sleeves, so those might help.
Also, try giving yourself a few days off in between doing "100baitkan" (nice username ) for your calf muscles to recover. The last thing you want is a severe calf strain that causes your muscle fibers to tear.
I'm no doctor, but during those days of rest/recovery, you can use any products that contain the ingredient methyl salicylate (wintergreen oil) - which causes your capillaries to dilate and allows your blood to flow to areas of your body where it's rubbed in. Products include Bengay, IcyHot, Tiger Blam, Bio Freeze, etc.
