GTV HELP!!!??

hey guys im on gtv and it wont let me watch any videos
i want to watch the stream today of pioneer and i addded a picture of what it says
please help me solve this problem! thanks in advance ;D

btw im using windows media player 11 and im using vista if that helps

i need to update my java and i have zone alarm?
do ya think zone alarm is blocking active x?
