She is good. I watched that whole series and she was pretty consistent and had some top notch performances. The Pakistani dudes were better but the Indian public didn't vote for them. Her dad sold bunch of his land and stuff for her training and stuff, cute story.

I agree..Ali Abbas should have won..but the same thing happens in all of the Indian singing reality shows..Pakistani contestant do no ever get enough votes.

she is absolutley amazing.I just heard about her today.She has a voice of a pakistani singer.Its really sad that they dont get any votes because pakistani singers are the most amazing singers OUT there..these stupid indian idol shows...Ishmeet won voice of India and was murdered a little while later...VOI never did anything in his memory just moved on without any mention of him..no one even knows how he died..he even had injuries prior to dieing (blow to the head?)..stupid.

Ali Abbas was robbed for sure. I am glad Harshdeep won though, better than the Bollywood dudes winning. I found this video of him recently singing and old Ghulam Ali Punjabi Ghazal

Akbar Ali was great too. Problem was the song selection, the producers did not give him any good songs to sing. He is Javed Bashir's younger brother and a cousin of Rahat so he is well trained.

I thought he fell and hit his head at a pool and drowned? I didnt know he was murdered. That freakin sucks

There are so many similar qualities between Ali Abbas and Amanat Ali from SaReGaMaPa..their voices sound alike and both are amazing at singing Ghulam Ali's ghazals..but def would have to go with Amanat!!

^^Amanat Ali and Ali Abbas are actually cousins and learned singing together growing up. That is why their voices are similar.
