Hey y’all, relatively new to the Bhangra scene and have been fascinated with how incorporating heyks into mixes can sometimes add a good flavor, wondering if someone could drop their top 5 Heyk included songs ?

Muqabla - Ninja
Mucha Kundiyan - Rajvir Jawanda
yaar himesha - Bakshi Billa (please don't use this, it's in literally every bhangra mix)
Daang Te Dera - Aman Hayer
Singhan Diyan Gadiyan - Jazzy b
NAAG 2 - Jazzy b
Bhangra Boliyan - Ninja (There are two heks in the end that are my favourite ones to use)
Glassy Nachdi - Surinder Shinda
Putt Jattan De - Lots of different artists (never fails to amaze)
Singh Naal Jodi - Diljit Dosanjh, Sukshinder Shinda
Punjab - Kulwinder Billa (The ending has an insane haik I've never heard in a mix before, I would love to see an adaption of this)
Mela Reloaded - Jeeti & Lehmber Hussainpuri

There are a lot more but I will reply to this thread if I get any that comes to mind. But here's a tip, I always love hearing live boliyan/samples in music mixes and I've recently begun to implement those in my mixes. Go through live performances and rip some good heks from there. It'll make your mixes sound unique and have the audience thinking where you got that sample from.
