they have something similar in Canada, and you also get it at walmart.... its called spray n starch or something, its used for ironing and it comes in a big blue can! i used it on 4 normal paggan and the turle turned out legit, you just have to spray the turla part until water starts dripping out and leave it for a night... after that ure set

One thing about Sta-flo though, dilute the Sta-flo with some water cause it can make the turla too hard to set properly
