Hello Everyone,

We are very happy to announce our 6th Annual Motor City Bhangra competition that will be held on March 31st 2018 in Dearborn Michigan. The registration is now OPEN!!

We are very thankful for your continuous love and support that made the show a huge success last year as we had a SOLD OUT show. This year we promise to make it even bigger and better.


We will have 2 categories Live and Music with $4000 prize money to be awarded to the winners!!!

All of you gave us a huge response to our junior competition last year. While we promise to bring you junior competition and Giddha competition shortly. This will be a senior bhangra competition.

THIS YEAR OUR MOTTO IS TO CREATE AWARENESS THROUGH OUR COMPETITION TO "Reignite Punjabi Virsa". We want all your support in getting this message across because according to us this competition is not just to promote Bhangra but also to take our "SOCH" far ahead and that can only happen when we all do it together.

NORMAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS December 21st, 2017 by 11:59 PM $125.00


LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE CHANGED!! THE NEW DATE IS December 24th, 2017 by 11:59PM. $150.00

LINE UP WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON NEW YEAR'S DAY.

Our new website will be up and running in the next 2 days. We will be announcing it once it is updated so you can pay the registration fee online at WWW.MOTORCITYBHANGRA.NET via paypal.

You can also use Venmo @MCB2016 to pay the registration fee

Hello Aman,
We are working on finalizing the judges and should have this finalized by thanksgiving weekend. As you must be aware that there are a lot of issues with judging these days and we are keeping that in mind and are making sure that we have the right group of individuals that are capable of producing not only the mistakes but also constructive feedback to the teams after the performance. We are just awaiting confirmation from our panel and once we have that we will release our judges. Most of the judges that have judged MCB in the past will not be part of the panel this year as we are going to make sure that we have a new panel to assure no issues arises. As an organizer of MCB for the past 6 yrs I am very much aware that we can work as hard as we can as a committee but it all comes down to judging so I will make sure we have a capable judging panel this year that understand the folk elements of Bhangra to define and set standard of our competition.
