Places to Practice

Where do teams usually practice?

Last year we used to practice in a empty house someone had bought but wasn't living in yet. Now it's rented out so not an option.

We've tried each other's houses, but it becomes an issue when we're blasting music and disturbing our families.

Also tried to get an empty space at local community center, and the rooms are $80 per hour, so not really a great option.

Any recommendations/ideas?

Local schools. As long as 1 person attends there sneak everyone in

Not sure where you guys live, but if there are parks around, especially in the summers its super nice. Fall or spring you can always put on an extra layer, but its still an option, just have to have a portable speaker

Could try a combo of all of the above, and then rent a dance studio space when you need mirror time. Most dance studios in my area rent out space for ~$35/hr.

Gyms at a high school or middle school are fairly cheap as well.

We actually all attend high school, it's just the issue of convincing them to let us use it haha
