So my wife and I recently went to Punjabi Mela and saw a lot of ankle and knee braces on dancers. We both danced for almost 6 years and know that Bhangra is a contact sport, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. There are many ways that we dealt with sore muscles and we thought to share with the community. Check out her video of some BTS of punjabi mela and tips on how to prevent bhangra injuries.

This is awesome. I would love to see these injury prevention and rehab resources expanded into a series or database. For the amount of practicing we do, I think it's becoming increasingly important to understand how to take care of our bodies.
