Yeah, I catch the games late night here in Toronto on the rogers box, and not only are these guys genuine nice people, but they are SO incredibly funny...

I remember one time they had a conversation of any punjabis in the NHL and it was the funniest thing they were like, ' haanji ek columbus chh khed da sigga, manny malholtra... haanji haanji, mera khiyaal hai ahh enna vaadiya skater nahi hai... haanji paaji kyon ke kheddan toh pehla, players pre game meal khaandeyaa ne locker room chh... tay malholatra dey pre game meal hondiyaa alloo walay paroothay, atay deyhee... they both laugh... haanji haanji, paroothay khaan toh baad mai pohriyaa vee nahi charr sugdaa, hockey nu chad...'

It was jokes. Its good that the CBC has engaged the punjabi community, and good to see young punjabi males that can speak their language and understand what they are bringing to the community.

I know some babbay who are getting into the games because of the commentary.. Its amazing the strides that are being made...

The best line I heard from these guys was when they were plugging the second game in the double header (it was a Vancouver vs Minnesota game)

" Hanji sada dujha match hai Vancouver nale Mini-sota but eh mini sota te naal ni kedh de , lambi sota naal kedh de ah "
