saw it in the theatre with the family, and yeah 2.5 hours is about right
not really spoilers?
the good message of the movie was supposed to shine through, but by the end of the credits (f. Sher Foundation lol) when Akshay Kumar gives his last 'inspirational' line, the crowd of young punjabis had already made a ton of noise, did awkward bhangra at the front of the theater (wait was this an nyc competition?) and had peaced out. so personally i saw the movie as funny and good humor especially in a full audience of punjabis cracking jokes... but the message was kinda weakly executed. also the sikh protagonist is already swigging beer the day he leaves Punjab and has a goatee soon after, *sigh*
