HALLOS BTF-ers!
My name is Samreen and I'm a dancer on AMPD (irrelevant but I just wanted to throw that out there!) My parents founded a non-profit organization called Sahaita in 2004. In a nutshell, we work towards providing the following: educational opportunities to impoverished children, as well as health services to disadvantaged peoples through medical camps/clinics/surgeries, and shelter to abandoned or disabled children/seniors that have been neglected by family and moreover society. The main recipients of our care are in India, as you may have guessed!
Chase Bank is providing financial aid to the charities that can accumulate the most votes via the Chase Community Giving facebook page. And this is where you can help! ;D
Follow the link I've provided and it should take you to the Sahaita page (if not, then just type Sahaita in the charity search bar). ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS CLICK VOTE. It may ask for you to "allow the application" or "log in with facebook" so please make sure to do that! Then search Sahaita again and you will be able to cast your vote. SIMPLE AS THAT!
It literally takes less than a minute, and you're doing a good deed without doing any work. Help us help the less fortunate in our motherlandddddd and it will be greatly appreciated. And most importantly, tell a friend. Because we really do need every single vote. Thank you!!!
