Super close, but I vote DJ 1 for all the various motifs that blended in and out of each other really smoothly.

Travis Scott instrumentals everywhere! Close, but I vote DJ 2

DJ 1: nice full sound which I appreciated but the instrumental (Butterfly Effect?) seemed a little forced and didn't really add anything for me. However, you did have your vocals at a much better level than DJ 2.

DJ 2: Outro was my favorite part for sure, very creative. Not sure the tumbi instrumental you put over the top really added anything. Nice clean mix, but vocals were too low and overall the mix sounded a little overly compressed.

Love this song. RIP to one of the greatest, Surjit Bindrakhia. Often imitated but never replicated!

DJ 1 - Nice transitions that gave the mix a really solid feel. I loved how pronounced you made the vocals feel - really gave tribute to Bindrakhia's unique sound. What you mixed in from 0:43-0:55 was so nice and gave the listener some variety; very nicely done. I also really enjoyed the incorporation of Naag (I believe that's the song) from 1:24 to the end. That was subtle, but beat matched really well. Outro could have been a bit smoother.

DJ 2 - Very different and creative mix. Intro was super hot - really got you hyped. Although, I agree with Mohit's comment above about the vocals.. I really wanted felt that should have been the main focus from a listeners perspective. that really hurt you and that's where I feel your mix fell short. I also felt at times you were trying to do too much at once (i.e. 0:25 - 0 :30) - that just made everything clash in my head. I was also a big fan of your outro, but felt it could have been shortened instead of going on for like 10 seconds (5-6 seconds would have been ideal imho).

My vote: DJ 1

My vote is DJ 2 since it is the cleaner mix. The bassline and instrumental in DJ 1's mix clashed way too much.
